when can I risk tanning again???

I am almost a week into my selsun regime against TV, but have only been lathering it up in the shower and leaving it 10 minutes before rinsing, as this is all my skin can handle (even then it feels tight and prickly). I am also dotting the spots with lamisil cream twice a day. My questions are:
1) Is this regime likely to succeed if I persevere for a month, even without the overnight selsun, or should I use something else and leave it overnight?
2) When should I start having sun exposure?? I am scared to sunbathe incase the TV is still there and that a tan will make them stand out even more??
Please reply if you can offer me any advice!!!

Perhaps you should think twice about sunbathing, due to the fact that uv rays are cancer causing. After putting all your energy into trying to make your body healthier, why would you risk undoing it? Just curious.

I agree entirely, and if it wasn't for wanting to even out my skin, I wouldn't ever sunbathe. I am just wondering the earliest and minimum I can do to blend these buggers in!!!

I would just recommend the following to an open minded person:

- Seeing the Light
- The Healing Power of Full-Spectrum Light

I think it depends on the person. I could always see better
in dim light which drove everyone with vision problems
crazy since they wanted me to be like them and have bright
lights on to read or needed the sun streaming through
windows and casting glare on the TV screen. They wore
glasses and had other vision problems while I had 20/10
vision. I noticed yrs ago that siting in the sun it felt
like it Burned through my skin. I blamed it on the ozone
hole and more radiation geting through. It could be because
of damage I recieved from chemicals that injured me but it
could be a coincidence. I know light skinned people who
will sun bathe till they blister just to be tanned which
Doesn't last.

I think if it Feels good like some say then maybe they
Need it but if it feels bad maybe not. Since my injury
even daylight is uncomfortable but then more people are
out and about and traffic and crowds are more exhausting but
the light also probably tires me out since only when I feel
strong can I deal with it.

If mammals Needed sunlight then why are some nocturnal ??
I think it just depends on the individual. Animals are
covered in fur so some say they get the UV Through their
eyes...That doesn't sound right to me. Different animals
make things that others need to consume like Vit C so could
be that they Don't need UV like humans and maybe some
humans need less like me or more like others to feel or
function better even if it is just to be able to see.

Hi, EJ.

With your modifications of the protocol, that has been shown to be the most effective, you have reduced your chances of a cure (although not to zero).

IF it is going to work you can start tanning in one month.

IF, as is likely, you are not cured by that time you will soon find out by the still infected spots not tanning. Then you can start over with the accepted protocol.

Hope this helps.
