Can having the upper Wisdom teeth out cause any symtoms of TMJ..or can it even cause TMJ..

Not by itself.
You have to also have been bracing for many years. THEN the wisdom tooth thing can push one over the edge to what was coming later anyhow.
Since you cannot put the teeth back in, eliminating the bracing is the only thing you still have control over.

A trip to the dentist (especially working on back teeth)can trigger a TMJ attack. Maybe it will be temporary. SHAPE had a couple of interesting things to try for TMJ. I think he posted something within the past couple of weeks.
