Dr Stoll,
I have severe problems with fungus infection on eight of ten toes. I have had this affliction since the Gulf War in 1991 where I served for many days and months in combat boots where my feet never saw the light of day. Needless to say, the war and the moist sweaty conditions took a toll on my feet. I am currently still in the military on flying duty and am restricted from taking any type of medication for the fungus. Because of this, I became interested in your treatment regimen. I am skeptic, but I will attempt the full-prescribed treatment. I started the program about five weeks ago, and I must admit, that I do see a change already. My big nails are the worst, and are very thick and yellow and mostly lifting off the nail bed about two thirds of the way down. The change I see is there is a distinct ridge in the nail where the new growth is appearing and what looks like pink new nail behind the ridge.
I hope your treatment continues to work, and if it does, I will certainly buy your book and be an advocate.

Hang in there, this will take along time to heal. Here are some thing to do also, Make sure to keep your feet clean as posible. Cut as much of the infected nail off. Never miss a treatment. two drops in the morning and night. Clean all nail clipers or files after use and do not use clipers on your non infected nail that you did on the infected one.
Good luck

Keep it up and hang in there. I've been doing the vinegar for about
4 1/2 months now and it's totally working for me. It's nice to know
there's natural way to cure this annoying problem!

Hi, I've been using the vinegar treatment for about 7 or 8 months and I honestly do not see any improvement. What am I doing wrong?

Georgia, I’m not certain what makes the difference. I would read some of the other posts, and try a combination of the techniques. I must admit, that after 5 1/2 weeks, I am seeing significant progress. I put two drops of vinegar on in the morning after I shower, and then another two when I go to bed. I personally try to have my shoes and socks off when around the house as much as possible. Of course, I do not use any type of nail cover-up.

Thanks for the tip Don,
I think the fungus spread to my other toes because I was using the same clippers before I knew I had a fungus.
Take care!
