I am from Manila, Philippines. I have read Dr. Stoll's distilled vinegar remedy for toenail fungus more than a year ago. I had this fungus before, and I didn't follow his remedy sooner; anyway, after months of trying other remedies, i finally tried soaking my right toe in a jigger of distilled white vinegar - initially for ten minutes, twice a day; then after two weeks, for eight minutes, then six minutes. It has been many months now since my toenail has grown back to normal (healthy). I still continue soaking the toe, for 5 minutes right after taking a bath.
And I'm posting this message for two reasons. First, to give my BIG BIG THANKS to Dr. Stoll; He is a real blessing to us people who have different health problems. Second, to encourage other people who have toenail fungus to try his distilled vinegar remedy. It really works!!! But one must have patience and

Hi Phillip,
Wow! But, Dr Stoll does not advocate soaking the toe in the vinegar. He says, just two drops on each toenail morning and night. You SOAKED your toe in it? Maybe I should try that. I am seeing a small amount of improvement, very very slight, from the two drops twice a day. I think I might give it a try.
I think you are right about doing this right after a bath because the nail will be more porous then.
I tried the vinegar for 2 years and it didnt cure it, although there was a great deal of improvement. After trying lots of different other remedies I thought I would try the vinegar again and have been doing it for 2 months so far. Maybe I should soak the WHOLE FOOT in it!
Thanks.
Maz

I read somewhere here about a man SOAKING his feet in a basin of vinegar. Well, it worked for me, but I used a jigger, and the process is a little bit uncomfortable because you have to set you foot/feet in a tiptoe position, while sitting down, of course. And I use the vinegar twice before throwing it away.
Good luck Maz
