I've written a few times since December, and with a couple of
people writing recently to say the vinegar didn't work for
them, I wanted to share some good toenail news.
I can now clearly see a line about halfway up my big toe, where
the toenail is yellow above and pink below. Neither the yellow
or pink parts are as thick as they used to be.
It's not as nice as my non-affected toenails, but I still think it
looks great. I'm hoping it will continue to look even more
normal as it grows all the way out.
It's been almost four months. I read good things about so
many alterna-methods, and I was impatient and couldn't make
myself choose just one. SO, I've been using vinegar, Vicks,
listerine, and just added tea tree oil, all twice a day. I know,
overkill that's wasting me money, but it's working, so I don't
care. Still cheaper than the pills, and my liver is thanking me.
Thanks, Walt!

Wow, your toenails grow fast then! I've read from most people that it takes them about a year.
I'm about a month and a half into my treatment.
Good luck with the rest of yours!

Took me a year and a half. My nail was really bad, right to the cuticle. It keeps getting better too. I thought the first part growing in pink was nice, after a while the even newer nail just gets better and better. I couldn't be happier. Dr Stoll is a genious!!!

Thanks so much for sharing that your nail keeps improving as
it continues to grow!
Because while mine looks like the fungus may be gone, it's not
"good as new" either, and it would be great if it kept getting
prettier.

Ann....it really does get nicer and prettier as it keeps growing. Like I said ANYTHING looks nice in comparison to the ugly yellow. You think that the new growth looks GREAT, and it does, but a year and a half later, the new nail coming out of the cuticle just keeps getting clearer, pinker and my half moon is completely visible and bright white. It really is amazing.
Hang in there.....before you know it, you will be giving someone else this same advice and talking about your own success!!!!

Does the vinegar have to be diluted with water? If so how much? Thanks.

Candis,
See the archives. The vinegar should be the cheapest, distilled vinegar available in the grocery at 4% acidity. Do not dilute it further.
