Hello,
Having developed a mild case of fungus in one of my fingernils, I've been searching around the web to see what possible cures exist. I just wanted to let you know that a company called Xenna has developed a gel for treating the condition which has fared very well in clinical trials. The ingedients are ethanoic acid in a xanthan gum base, and the claim is that the acid penetrates the nail better than other antifungal agents. Ethanoic acid is another name for our old friend acetic acid, or the acid found in vinegar. At almost $30 for 4oz, I'm going to try the vinegar first--just wanted to let you know your cure has been incorporated into a more expensive, but effective product.

unbeleivable- it has to be expensive as heck to be accepted.

One toe is cured and 5 to go. All the rest are growing out clean at the base. I found that two doses a few minutes apart works better, since the first application softens the nail and the second keeps it moist. I take my application bottle hiking with me too.

Thanks, CC.
At least is is safe. Perhaps making it a lot more expensive will get the word out better than I have been able to do by doing it free.
Namaste`
