I went to my doctor about my vertigo experience. He's a chiropractor/homeopath. He explained to me that the inner ears of adults curve in such a way that most regular doctors don't get in far enough to see everything. He twisted his way into my ears and saw a black spot on top of my eardrum and redness. THAT, coupled with the sore throat I had the previous week makes him think there WAS an inner ear infection which probably caused my vertigo experience.
He also adjusted my neck to cover all bases.
