I found acerola cherry but not certified organic
I found Synergy-Co Pure Radiance C
I found MegaFood
I am looking for an organic superfood source or organic superfood blend tailored to vitamin C

Why not try Garden of Life products - Radical Fruits or Fruits of Life. These are whole food fruit supplements which I guess you could say are mainly Vitamin C.

i've done a 180 on vit. C (ascorbic acid) after listening to the arguements that ascrobate is NOT vit. C, that it should be a complex including the bioflavanoids. Now that I understand the chemistry a little better, I can see that these arguements are rediculous. WHy do people think that ascorbic acid is not "natural?" Simply because it can be synthesized chemically. But that's exactly what happens in almost every animal on earth (except man) when ascorbate is internally synethesized through enzymatic processes. The molecular structure of ascorbic acid is the same regardless of its source, but because this is NOT the case for constituent parts of vitamins B and E (which cannot be synethesized to be identical to their naturally-occuring brethren) people get confused and try to apply this concept to ascorbic acid. That's a mistake!
Ascorbic acid, in my opinion, is a perfectly natural substance that we like to call "Vitamin C." It's simply an anti-oxidant. That's its role, and it does it remarkably well. On the other hand, bioflavanoids are NOT vitamine C, and are not molecularly bonded to ascorbate, they simply occur in many of the same foods together. That's true of thousands of nutrients we don't class together already.
Just my views, but I do like MegaFood, its my daily multi.

Thanks, PeterB.
How come the "synthetic" tablet does not have an "aura" while the natural form does (Kirlian Photography research)? Since MY cells have an aura and dead tissue does not, I prefer to hedge my bets until we know a lot more about the electromagnetic nature of man.

Walt, it's my understanding that all ascorbic acid is laboratory-derived, else it wouldn't be just ascorbic acid. Are you saying chemical extraction using corn or other foods is the form with the aura? I believe you are a proponent of taking ascorbic acid in pure form. How "natural" in terms of manufacture can it be? The chemists tell me its the molecular equivalent of the form synethesized in virtually all mammals. Other than the aura test, how would you know you're taking the "living" form of this?
