Sorry if this was asked before, but I couldn't find the answer on the board. Does a "healthy" woman - that is, one who maintains a whole foods diet, exercises regularly and practices meditation - still experience PMS? Or does PMS automatically signal some type of deficiency?
Thank you.

Hi, Holly.
I have yet to see anyone who follows wellness have any PMS.
What that means is open to interpretation.

Hi - I used to suffer from PMS....when I follow even a half hearted wellness program (which I am doing as my segway to ease into a realistic lifestyle of wellness as not to "shock" myself and fall of the road) I find that my PMS is quite diminished. I used to get all types of problems, which would render me even out of commission a day or two. Last month I was not following it, and boom - I had all types of issues. I'm back to it, due in a day or two, and feel great - It does work. It seems hard to believe for a lot of people who do suffer. I've told friends and relatives about switching to wellness - and they balk at it, but they still suffer. You have nothing to lose by trying it and everything to gain. You'll find that you feel better during the rest of the month as well. Hope this encourages you. ALso, Make sure you are taking 800 mg of E and some Cal Mag for sure, during the month, especially don't forget the 2 weeks prior to your period. It helps alleviate a lot of symptoms...and water water water and minimal salt salt salt (aka, chips! LOL)
