Hi Dr. Stoll
Maby You remember me posting questions on your very helpful bulletin board before. Anyway I will give you a quick run through again. Last year in august I suffered from a "burnout" - got diagnosed with systemic candidasis went on my diet twice finally in september this year got tested negative for candida. I am also practiceing skilled relaxation and bio feed back tecniques and copletely changed my stressfull job and livestyle loosing 20 lbs of weight and execise regularely.
I certainly improoved a lot in the last year even though there are a few symptoms I am still stuggeling to get rid of.
Some days I do react to coffe feeling gittery with my heart pumping fast and strong and experiencing shortness or breath and dizzyness.
Often i wake up in the middle of the night with my heart ponding ,not too hard but definately not normal especially after a couple of beers or whine.
Could you tell me what possibly could be wrong with me and what i wold need to do
I am looking forward to your reply
Holger

Hi Holger,
It sounds to me like your body is trying to give you a message that beer, wine, and coffee are something that it does NOT want you to drink!
Congratulations on doing SR, exercising, losing 20 lbs, and reducing stress from your life. That's great.
Best wishes,
Happygal

Thanks, Holger.
Listen to Happygal. Perhaps you might look into the magnesium archives.
Let us know what you learn and how you do.
