Hi Dr. Stoll,
I posted about 3 months ago regarding my EBV infection. Since that time my energy has returned, which I am thankful for (Doing the wellness stool has certainly helped). However, my question being, it is possible to still acquire other symptoms (ie-eye floaters (sudden onset, which drives me mad!), tinnitus (off and on), soreness. I have even had some slight heart palpitations (which have abated for now). I am 25 yrs. old, athletic, and considered high anxiety. Is possible I am just in a post-viral syndrome (my initial infection was may 2003), or should I seek be concerned of other things? -I think that I may have experienced some neurol. side effects from this... (I am HIV neg., been tested for Lyme (although the ELISA is unreliable). Thank you once again for your time.

Thanks, Adam.
First, EXACTLY what are you doing with the wellness and how long for each part?

Walt,
My Wellness consists of:
1. whole foods, no more sugars, refined carbs.
2. relaxation, yoga, powernaps, twice daily.
3. exercise, maintenance for now (so not to overdo it!) aprox. 1 hour daily, swimming, lifting, running, and others.
Here is my question repasted, just in case:
Thanks again. Adam

Thanks, Adam.
Different chronic conditions take different lengths of time for a wellness program to resolve. Persist and keep a record. Let us know how you are doing in another 9-12 months.
