Good day,
after playing sports, i have noticed my breathing from my nose is very difficult, at times both nostrils get blocked and if not 1 is always blocked, and i hate breathing from my mouth, why is this happening, and how can i over come this naturally.
i did have asthma when i was a kid, i.e exercise enduced, but now my lungs are ok and no more wheezing from chest while i play, the only thing is the blocked nose. and i feel hot the next day because of it.
need some strong advice lovely forum.
peace

Hi Graham:
Sounds like Vasomotor Rhinitis. That's when the tissues in your nasal sinuses swell up for no apparent reason. Mine are in a constant state of "arousal". I keep the swelling down with the herb ephedra and adrenal capsules.
You can do a search and determine whether this is what you have.

Hi, Graham.
Listen to PhillyLady.
Both your exercise induced asthma and your vasomotor rhinitis are exactly the same thing presenting in different systems. All this means is that your system is still close to the edge of having both.
To get some more room between you and the edge of your cliff, I would suggest serious wellness and let us know how you are doing in 6 months and again in a year.
