Hello Happygal,
I posted a very long message on 4/6/05 titled: "seeking help with GI distress/Candida"
Dr. Stoll's second reply to me suggested that I ask you about wellness (see his post on 4/8/05).
I'm not sure what that means, but I would be most grateful if there is information or advice you can offer me to help me with my health problems.
Thanks for your time.
Les

Hi Les,
Dr. Stoll is referring to the self-help program called the Three-Legged Stool.
See the article link on the home page "How to be Healthy" for a brief description.
Read also the glossary entries for "Skilled Relaxation," and "Relaxation Response" and the archives for Whole Food Diet and Exercise.
There is also a link below for you to a summary on my own website.
If you have questions, feel free to post them. This is a wonderful lifestyle change that absolutely helps resolve and reverse health problems. Both Dr. Stoll and I have followed this protocol ourselves.
Best wishes,
Jan DeCourtney, CMT

Thanks, Jan.
Could you post the exact address where people can get this description about the 3LS on your website?
