Here is my story, ill try make it as brief as possible.
Born may 1978, perfectly healthy and big :)
6 months later developed eczema which runs on my fathers side as all three of my dads brothers have it to some degree and for the record his mother died of bowel cancer and she was the one who had skin problems who passed it to them! My sister also has eczema so thats the family run down and asthma runs in the family as well although i been lucky and never had it unless it's smoking related :(
Anyway, i had vaccinations as a kid and my eczema flared as an infant to the point i had to go to hospital on many occasions. Diet consisted mainly of milk, cereal, potatoes, sugar etc as my mother was easy going and gave us whatever we wanted, never once did she correlate diet with eczema. As far as antibiotic use as a toddler i have no idea but i was on steroid creams always and have been till up until the end of 2003 where i completely stopped never to use them again.
Anyway as a teenager, developed fatigue alot, really bad skin problems at times to the point where i had skin flaking off my face in a way which i doubt you have even seen in all your years practicing, looked like leprosy at it's worst, no shyt. Had gall stones (undiagnosed) for 6 years until my gall bladder was removed in my early 20s. Bowel problems as in sore stomach alot, stressed often, anxiety since i was 15 in a major way off and on since and i still get it sometimes. What else, hemmaroids which i haven't gotten in years but had them often in late teens, early 20s. Really dry skin which iv'e always had which doesn't like anything being put on it no matter if it's natural or not. I'm allergic in a major way to peanuts, seafood and bannanas. Smoke heavily, used to drink achaol alot but havent drank in over a year and my diet is anything gos, very unhealthy overall, very sugary predominantly. Lots of breads, pastas, potatoes and junk food. Used to drink HEAPS of soft drink but stopped that over 6 months ago and havent drank it since. Junk food sometimes brings on anxiety/panic attack attack when i eat it. Also went from severely underweight in my late teens to normal after my gall bladder removal to slightly overweight currently.
Anyway to summarise,
Dry skin all over unless moisturised which some infections here and there undiagnosed.
Red face from steroid use i believe. :(
Agraphobia. Have not gone out in a year and a half since i quit my job due to anxiety as in i have not left the house once.
Anxiety/panic attacks - Gets so bad i feal like i need an ambulance at it's worst. Keeps me housebound as the thought of going out brings it on. Don't ask why, i don't even know why.
Some eczema off and on but not to much these days.
Infections on my feet which will not heal. Don't know if it's bacterial or fungal. Similar story on my neck.
Diahrea(sp?) - Never stops unfortunately and it's been bad lately. Comes out as gooey like all the time. Gas often as well and smelling foul.
Toenails x3 fungas infected since around 10 years of age i think?
Fatigue/motivation - Pretty severe. I can sleep long hours very easily and even when i was working and felt ok i never wanted to do much.
Sinus problems - Always have discharge to some extent. Blocked alot of the time.
I know i'm missing things but yeah this is me. I'm 27 and i feal my life is virtually completely over. I'm a decent looking guy, iv'e had girlfriends suprisingly enough, lol and made friends easily wherever i went in life but currently i'm living with my folks penniless and in real bad shape health wise. Can't even get a job because of the anxiety not to mention my crappy skin which i'm kind of embarassed about in todays superficial world where perfection is glorified and inperfection is shunned upon.
So Walt i have read your archives but i would still like your opinion on what i need to do and i also have one specfic question on the steroid use on my face. I used 0.1 to 0.2 strenth coitisone on my face for roughly 25 years! doctors really never gave a toss presribing it to me but has it caused permanent damage or can my skin go back to a relatively normal complexion if i heal myself? I hope you say yes :(
So yeah i need tips to fix my health! If there is anyone who needs help it's me! I'm still young and i want to live!
Thanks for reading.
Ps. I'm starting the no refined carbs eating program this week. Meat and veggies only right? .. and water .. It's a start... :)

G'day mate! ;)
Ron here from the other colony... Canada.
Since you Gallbladder was removed my guess is that when the loose stools began.. there is a med called Questran which
is supposed to absorb bile salts and reduce this problem.
The acne could be due to too high an insulin level and other male hormones. Not much different than what a woman experiences with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
A restricted diet would be good, but first have a blood test called Hemoglobin A1c and C Peptide to see what there is to change.
You might be a good candidate for diabetes if you do not get this under control. The south beach diet is a bit easier to
live with than an Atkins type diet.
You may have to stick to this forever, so don't set the bar so high that you might fail.
Here is an article that will help you get started..
Don't take it personally.. I just wanted to get your attention with what the future might hold for you if something isn't done.
You can have whole grains, beans seeds and nuts with a
meal as long as you don't have refined carbs in the menu.
Fruits ONLY with meals will prevent high blood sugar rises.

Hey man thanks for the response but i think your off. First i always had loose stools and it was just the same after my GB was removed but it's got worse in the last year and especially recently.
Acne type formations on my neck are not acne, trust me on this. It's like a rash but not eczema as obviously i know what eczema looks like. It has responded to antibacterial, antifungal creams to the point where it just about dissapears but as soon as i stop it comes back again and likes to spread :(
As far as diabetes, iv'e been tested a few times but not in the last 2 years obviously :( but the docs said i don't have it although all of them that i see recomend the test. I got zero doubt though that sugar is killing me in other ways however just not through insulin levels. By the way i asked my folks if anyone on either side of there families suffer from diabetes and they said not one person so there is no family history of it at all. Also with all the sugar i consume which is alot i'm pretty sure by now i'd know if i did have it. :)
From everything iv'e read on the site though it seems like 2 things are causing just about all my problems that i can tell and that is refined carbs of any kind and candida which go hand in hand. For all my melodies these 2 can be linked with virtually every problem i have, damn.
One other thing, after my gall bladder was removed it was a complete sucess thank heavens, no side effects at all which i'm so grateful for as reading other stories on this site i realise how lucky i was to have a top doctor. Anyway i went on a diet not long ago for roughly 6 weeks which i didn't continue with which predominantly cut out all refined carbs except fruit and rice and salt. My stools improved dramatically on that diet as did other things now that i think about it so again i guess thats my body telling me to give the refined carbs a break.
I just want, need Walt to confirm my theoeries so i can get going on what i need to do.

Hi, Aussie.
If you think things are bad now: "This is as good as it gets!" Just take a look at the note you sent here. Things can get a lot worse--as they have been for years--until you make a drastic change in the direction your life has been going. So you were handed a messed up set of DNA! Your only choice is to make the most of what you were dealt.
The first thing for you to do is make a serious hobby of wellness: See the archives for wellness, and for the 3LS. Go to the home page for the free protocol about "How to be Healthy".
STOP smoking! Until you do that you will not really be able to commit yourself to this program.
Let us know what you learn and how you do.
If you can pretend that you are going to college and the subject is wellness, thereby putting that much effort into the program, wou will be enough improved in 6-12 months that you will never stop.

Hey Walt!
I'm not complaining, it could be worse. I don't suffer depression or physical pain symptoms hardly ever any more. I'm not quadriplegic or been in a fire or living in a third world country with no food etc lol .. No offense to anyone if someone has/still is been effected by these things.
Overall i still look ok, my body is remarkable in a sense being allergic to so many things and all the other melodies i explained that it still keeps chugging along trying it's best to keep me going along as smoothly as possible. Ahh evolution it's a wonderful thing hey :)
Anyway, i agree i need to quit the smokey but it's not easy but i believe in the past i found a correlation between food addiction and cigarette smoking that may help me beat my disgusting habbit. I found that when i did cut out refined carbs for a short period and at that time tried to quit smoking, i went nearly a week! Now normally i can't go a day without giving up i'm that bad so i wonder if sugar addiction feeds a smoking addiction? I'm going to stage it this time, whole food diet for a month, then quit the smokes and see how i go.
I'll research what i can on wellness and 3ls as well so thanks for the advice as well.
2 questions for you though and please respond as i really want your advice on this, i'll pay you if i have too! ...
1. Do you believe i have candida/LGS? If yes how much do you think these two conditions have effected my overall health, percentage wise? I'm 99% certain i do but i still want your confirmation.
2. Steroid use on my face, permanent damage? It's ok to say yes, i won't cry :)
Thanks

Think i'll ever get healthy again like the general population? like eczema, dry skin dissapearing and my overall health lifting?
Thanks again

Thanks, Aussie.
I have no doubt that you have already done yourself a lot of good. Unfortunately, this is the stage when many people become complacent and forget to factor in the huge factor of aging. If you do nothing more this is going to catch up with youi withing the next few years and then it may be too late to actually stop it. Smoking, alone, speeds up aging by a full 10%. That is why I suggested what I did.
In reaponse to your 2 questions: (1)Probably and (2)the best way to know is to stop the steroid cream for a year or so and see what happens.

Aussie,
Possibly, if you follow the plan. However, the only way you will know is by doing it well and seeing how you are in year or so.
