Health Coaching Protocol



Dr Walt Stoll no longer does private Health Coaching. He will still coach publicly. Following is the recommended protocol.
 
  1. Read this entire page.
  2. Collect the following data at home on your own time:
    1. First, write a brief paragraph about what is bothering you most right now.
       
    2. List, in chronological order, your entire health history from birth to the present. List as many things as you can recall, whether or not they were considered serious enough at the time to require medical consultation. The more things you can list, the more likely I will begin to see a pattern that would lead us in the right direction. I do not need much detail about any one thing. I just need to know that it existed and when.
       
    3.  Describe your lifestyle: diet, exercise, practice of skilled relaxation, medications, alcohol, drugs, exposure to tobacco smoke, part of the country you live in, etc. Again, the more I can know, the less likely I will waste any of your (or my) time.
       
    4.  List any and all treatments you might have had, how well you did them, and for how long. Describe how much good (or bad) they did for you.

    Remember: it is much better to list something that does not help than to miss something that might have helped fill in the pattern of causation.

  3. Once you have the above completed, post it to our public bulletin board.
