Viral Infection and cures

The way ALL viruses "work" is that once one has been "infected" by a virus and the immune system suppresses the infection (the condition settles down), live virus stays inside many (some say ALL) cells of the body (outside of the bloodstream and the lymph system and therefore very hard to reach) for the rest of that person's life. That's why anti-viral treatments can only slow down virus replication and cannot actually kill them. Considering THAT, NO viral infection is EVER "cured". Only a vigilant immunity (having already been exposed to THAT virus) keeps that virus dormant. All it takes is a lowered immunity to let it break out again -- frequently acting like a totally different disease. Herpes Zoster (shingles) is a perfect example. The Chicken Pox virus is "put to sleep" by the antibodies produced as a result of the active infection. THEN, later in life, if the immune system falls below the threshold of effectiveness for THAT virus, the person can show up with shingles. It has been known for more than 50 years that this is the mechanism for shingles. Post-Polio Syndrome, Chronic EBV, and many others are already known to follow that same pattern. The virus is always going to be inside the cells, just waiting for its next opportunity to replicate.

Many people will resolve chronic viral conditions with oral Esterfied vitamin C, taken to bowel tolerance, for a few weeks. Nearly ALL will respond to 100 grams of vitamin C IV for a week.

Visualization to bring about a desired result

One thing is possible - imagine the result you want in great detail. This is not merely hoping that "Others are just as serious as me". It is imagining what happens when they are. Maybe some deadline that gets invariably missed will be met for the first time? Imagine the surprise, the joy, when that happens in great detail. Draw it, if you are an artist. Hear it if you are an auditory person. Think constantly (read that as "as frequently as possible") of that picture, expand it, be c reative about creating scenes in your mind that presupposes that others are as serious about being as effective as you are. And watch it happen!

Vitamins, when to take them

ALL fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, D & K) can be taken just as effectively once a day as oftener. It is the water-soluble ones that need to be divided into several doses a day. The fat-soluble vitamins are stored inside the body until they are used. All water-soluble vitamins (all the rest) are excreted the day they are taken if they are not used.

The condition affects all races as well as men and women equally, however, it is often more noticeable among darker skinned individuals because of the contrast in skin color. Self-Hypnosis is still the single most effective thing for vitilego
