Cyst under skin on Scalp

Hello,

A couple days ago i noticed a small cyst of mine has become very sore to touch and pain from it has traveled down and i have been nauseas and not feeling well since.

I do not have insurance so going to a dr is not an option, i was wondering if it is life threatening if it popped under the skin, or what can be done or what are the signs to look for in terms of going to ER.

it has been 3 days andstill very sore.
it has not changed color still flesh color
it went from a 3mm size and now feels like a half inch
now a spot under the original spot is super sore
i am dizzy
have nasua
and get flush at times.

Thanks for your warm post, AT.

I can't be in panic mode about the computer because I have several other fires to put out first. :( It's been a challenging week and this will continue for a while.

I hope to get things all sorted out, including the computer issues, in the next few weeks. Fortunately I have computer privileges at the office building where I practice massage so I can work online on the days I give massages.

Best wishes,

Thank you, Jan. I would go into panic mode if I had pc problems. Do you have a guru to go to? We did get a new laptop recently so I have a plan b but still hate when something goes wrong. The other day I checked the built in computer calendar and must have changed the date by accident. My virus control kept sending me warnings about my clock time which was correct. It took me a day to find out the computer thought it was April.
Goofy things can happen. Hope you are back in working order; we felt your absence.

Hi everyone,

Sapphire and AT, I think you both gave very thoughtful and appropriate responses to the questions. Thank you. My computer has been down.

Tfigueroa38, so you have learned that you have a sinus infection. From the perspective of natural medicine, I'd be working with diet and eating items that fight infection while you are still learning and studying about this. Are you doing the 3LS Wellness Program on a regular basis? If not, this is a good time to start, to be working on overcoming this and preventing similar occurrances in the future. For information on the 3LS Wellness Program see: [askwaltstollmd.com]

Please keep us posted, we may have other thoughts for you.

Best wishes,

Update:

The soreness under burst cyst was a lymph node (sp) that was reacting to the infection. Did a CT scan to see why I had headaches and showed serious sinus infection I had no clue about.

So now I wait :)
