Doc Walt used to say that everyone had genetic weaknesses, so the disease you get depends upon those particular weaknesses -- when they are put under stress.

The modern American diet is a huge stressor! It makes a lot of people ill in so many varied ways. I think my other friend who had MS was stressed by years of travel.

Good nutrition seems so incredibly important to having a healthy life. A few people with strong constitutions can get away without it for a long time.....
