Hi Helena,

Yes talking to a lot of people about nutrition is like talking to a brick wall. Doc Walt used to call them, people who would rather die than change the way they eat.

Many people become ill (or even die) after having experienced a loss, trauma or shock. There's no denying the emotional component in health.
