Liver enzymes - archive

Hello. Today, my girlfriend and I went to the doctors office to get results for a blood panel she had done. We met with a nurse practitioner and was told her Liver Enzymes were elevated: AST- 50 (10-30 reference range), and ALT 65 (reference range of 6-40). The nuse really scared us and now we are having more blood tests done. Any idea what could cause this? She is a healthy 24 year old, normal weight, never touched drugs, never smoked, and drinks 1 or 2 drinks a month.
