James, if they are still raised next time, I would investigate IV glutathione, and also IV phoshatidylcholine. Both will detox the liver and bring the enzymes back into range. How is your wife's health in general? She might have an overgrowth of pathogens in the gut and leaky gut, both of which result in toxins in the blood which could be causing low-grade liver damage. This isn't life threatening, and can be reversed pretty quickly.
