Awwww, Sounder, Trader Joe's, helping old ladies, seaweed snacks, be still my heartsmiling bouncing smiley

I didn't really examine this person's hand that closely but he didn't seem to have any contracture at all and if he had some nodules, they weren't very obvious. He could spread out all his fingers with a flat palm. I think he only did stretches and massage. He looked pretty health conscious as well.

They have used two types of lasers at therapy and I haven't been down there so he has only described them to me. One is a red light directed on his palm with a timer attached. The other, he places his hand over a hole-punched board with light emitting up and uses it for twenty minutes at a time. I imagine one of these is an infrared laser. I don't know if your vibrating massager would help or not. They haven't used anything like that at therapy. You certainly don't want anything that makes it worse but then again, it might be good.

You should probably wear gloves whenever you are doing that kind of manual labor

I told him to ask about a cold laser (which Carol B. would mention). She uses it on her knees and even on her ear for a little infection. The therapists don't seem to know about it. I think Carol even mentioned a brand if it's archived.

The prolotherapy is injections of glucose or saline but I've only read about it on the internet. It really is a shame more isn't known about these treatments unless it's because they aren't that effective. Steroid injections don't help this condition.

I picked up Wasabi seaweed snacks. All I have to do is find a way to totally disguise the tastethumbs down ha
