Hi Chimi,

Yah my mom walks 5 days a week, for at least a mile a day. Also she drank tea all her life, and now we have learned about how many anti-oxidants there are in tea. She stayed home a lot, kept her life simple as possible, and went to church (after a certain age) regularly. These are all things that promote longevity!!! Good life habits!
