Got a Family Grain Mill - now, onto making sprouted whole grains

March 26, 2012 05:43PM
Hi everyone,

I took the plunge and purchased a Family Grain Mill:

Now I intend to buy my own grains, sprout them, dehydrate them and make flour. Also same process and flake them for breakfast cereal. I'll use the food processor for making homemade sauerkraut and slicing jicama for dried jicama chips, etc. I'm broke now, but I seriously think that making any kind of investment in eating really good food is going to pay off a hundredfold in the future in terms of good health.

I would enjoy it if we'd get some recipes for sprouted foods and home milled grains going here.

Best wishes,
Jan
