Hi everyone,
I'm starting to learn how simple supplements and herbs can help so many conditions and increase function. Natural anti-inflammatories like garlic and ginger, natural substances that increase blood flow to the brain like CoQ10 and ginkgo, natural anti-biotics like tea tree oil..... I'm trying to put together a medicine cabinet of these substances. I find so many websites don't give "real information" -- things that the authors actually use and have experience with, so I'm especially interested in hearing what people on our board use and do.
What do you keep and use in your herbal medicine cabinet?
