I keep the following:
Sambucol elderberry extract to stop colds and flu in their tracks
crampbark and ginger to relax muscles, you can buy crampbark tincture and take it with ginger
chamomile flowers for tea to help sleep
verveine leaves for tea to help relaxation and digestion
mint in the garden for cooking with and to make into tea to help digestion
tea tree as an antiseptic
lavender as an antiseptic
arnica for bruises
I also have a mixture which I take three times a day which my herbalist makes up for me. I've lost track of what's in it but I lily of the valley, bettony and liquorice have featured in the past. I also take flower essences containing daisy, borage, cowslip, selfheal, nettle and bay which were combined after dowsing.
