Home page vs. list of forums page

Question:

Why do we need this page [askwaltstollmd.com]
when we have this page [askwaltstollmd.com] ?

It seems like the second page (home page) has everything and the first page (Forums page) only has 2 forums. It's a small issue, certainly no biggie, but I think if we only had the second page (home page) with all the forums listed there as they already are that would be enough. If a person gets in the habit of mainly looking at the first page (the Forums page), it only shows the Health forum and the OT forum, and then people don't see the "How to Use This Message Board" unless they go looking for it, or unless they link directly to the home page (which I don't). Seems like having just the home page with all the forums listed just as they are now would just streamline the website and would make it easier to navigate around the website. Anyway, not a big deal, just wondering....
