T'ai chi
A blend of the healing and martial arts
whose purpose over the centuries has been physical health and spiritual
strength. It employs breathing exercises and slow, fluid movements to achieve
harmony between body and mind. It helps to attain an emotional, mental and
spiritual awareness that calms and heals. This can be used for SR,
but since it involves physical movement, it is tough to do biofeedback
testing to check if the person is successfully getting into Alpha/Theta
brainwaves.
Tag Moles, Removing
The best remedy Walt knows of is tying a
black thread tightly around the base of the mole and letting them fall off--It is dead in a day, but it takes a
week or so to fall off. You just leave them open to the air and wash right over them.
Cut the thread long enough that it cannot get lost in your skin. Use black
thread for white people and white thread for black (So they are easy to see.) No
cost, no risk, and simple.
TCLP - The Curse of Louis Pasteur

Book by Nancy Appleton Ph.D. TCLP documents how Pasteur's germ theory overcame far sounder theories to become the medical paradigm of modern times. TCLP demonstrates why the germ theory is not workable. TCLP reveals a much simpler, and I believe much truer, theory as to what causes disease. TCLP ends with self-help techniques that can help stop the cause of disease, and consequently heal the body and prevent future sickness.

Book by Julia Ross. The Diet Cure begins with an 8-Step Quick Symptom Questionnaire that helps readers identify their unique underlying biochemical imbalances, such as depleted brain chemistry caused by too much dieting, hormonal irregularities, blood-sugar swings, food allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and a deficiency of "good" fats. Then it provides targeted strategies and nutritional guidelines to correct those imbalances, along with meal plans, tasty recipes, and inspiring case histories. Using amino acids to jump-start the program, readers create a safe, customized, easy-to-follow plan to end their food obsessions and attain their ideal healthy weight for good.
Tendonitis
Walt's Tendonitis and Bursitis
Summary & Q&A Archive
Inflammation of tendons and of tendon muscle
attachments. Walt recommends rest and gentle stretching exercises, plus EFA.
Tension Headaches
Tension headaches are caused by muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, and head; muscle tension may result from an uncomfortable body position, social or
psychological stress, or fatigue.
Tension headaches can often be prevented or controlled by avoiding or understanding and adjusting to the stresses that bring them on. Once a headache begins, gently massaging the muscles of the neck, shoulders, and head; lying down and relaxing for several minutes; or using biofeedback may help relieve it.
Tests and Test Results
One of the things Walt learned in medical school (and he is sure this fact has not changed in 40 years) was that: "If the results of any test will not change your treatment, that test should not be done."
Then, it is the responsibility of the physician who ordered the tests to fully explain their significance to your satisfaction NOT JUST TO HIS. Since each person's make up makes the results mean something different, only your prescribing physician CAN interpret them.

Article on TIA/Stroke
A temporary (24 hours or less) loss of
function of a portion of the Central Nervous System (CNS). There is full
restoration of function before the end of the 24 hours. A stroke is permanent.
TIAs are warnings of an impending stroke if nothing is done. Walt says that by
far the best way to prevent the damage from becoming permanent, is to see a
Certified Chelation Physician and get chelated ASAP. Even if the person
HAS had
a stroke, this is still the best approach to prevent the next one, although the
permanent damage, already present, may not go away. By far the best is to do
this BEFORE the stroke on the basis of the warning

An arthritic condition of the temporomandibular
joint in the jaw. Common symptoms include facial pain; joint
popping or locking; pain with chewing; and inability to completely open or close
the mouth. Problems from TMJ can be far-reaching. People suffer from symptoms they would never think to associate with their bite, such as:
Headaches; Pain behind the eyes; Dizziness; Earaches or ringing of the ears; Clenching or grinding of the teeth; Neck, shoulder, or back pain; Numbness, or tingling of the fingers.
The dental term for TMJ is CMD - CranioMandibular Dysfunction
Toenail Fungus
Walt's Toenail and Foot Conditions
Summary and Q&A Archive Walt's
Fungus Infections of the Feet Article (the vinegar treatment Walt
recommends)
Please READ the Vinegar treatment
that Walt Recommends for toenail fungus. The vinegar does Not kill the fungus. It changes the chemical makeup of the nail,
as it grows, so the fungus cannot grow into it. THAT is why you put it where the nail grows from
within the skin and not where the
fungus infestation is. Any inexpensive vinegar will work, if applied sparingly
(two small drops per toe) twice-daily with an eye-dropper to the gap between the toenail and the skin from
where it grows into view. You want the vinegar to wick up under the skin there to
become a part of the growing nail, without excessively dampening the toe, since moisture
encourages fungus growth. This treatment takes a long time, since you must grow
out a complete new nail to remove all the fungus. Some people grow a whole new
toenail in 6 months, others take a year or more.
Tolstoy Syndrome
"I know that most men, including those at
ease with problems of the greatest complexity, can seldom accept even the
simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit the
falsity of conclusions which they have delighted in explaining to colleagues,
which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have woven, thread by
thread, into the fabric of their lives." --Tolstoy
Tongue Spots, White
ONLY the white patches that bleed when you peel
them off the tongue are Candida. All the rest of this is early LGS---the precursor of
CRS
in some people who let it go on too long.
Tongue Thrusting
Routinely holding one's tongue pressed up against the hard palate (the roof of
the mouth), even in one's sleep. Walt says this is ONLY caused by stress-effect storage and the resultant
bracing of the mouth muscles.
Tonsils
Tonsil Stones Article
The tonsils are just big lymph nodes at the
junction of your mouth and throat. Lymph nodes always enlarge when a person's
general immunity goes down. 70% of all the lymph tissue in the body surrounds
the intestinal tract. The tonsils are the largest lump because they are at the
doorway to the intestinal tract. The normal tonsil is about 3 cm. (1 inch) in diameter.
Transit time, and measuring it
Everyone has a different
"transit time" (the time it would take for a stone you ate
to come out in stool). This can (and does) change on the basis of your habitual
diet.
You can accurately determine your transit time by
getting some charcoal tablets over the counter at your pharmacy or health food
store. Mark down the exact time that you swallowed about a dozen of them, and
then watch for when the section of black stool comes through. THAT is your
transit time.
Troll
Someone who lurks on a bulletin board for
the sole purpose of stirring things up and making trouble. They post
intentionally inflammatory statements (no
valid e-mail address supplied, of course) and then they sit back and watch the
fun. They have no intention of learning anything. The best way to deal with them
is to completely ignore them.
Troubled Stress Thoughts,
some examples (all NOT recommended!):
Selective Retention: You remember only the negative details and magnify them while forgetting all
the positive aspects of a situation.
Biased Thinking: You only see things as black or white, good or bad. If the friend is not perfect in every respect, you have trouble accepting him/her. There is no middle ground.
Overgeneralization: You conclude that because
one person or agency rejects your proposal that most others will too. Furthermore because you were rejected once, you come to expect it in the future.
Crystal Ball: You think you know what will happen in the future and you change your plans according to the other people based upon expectancies that are unreasonable.
Awfulizing: You expect the worst possible outcome in any situation where the outcome is unknown at the present time. Based upon prior negative experiences, you project negatively.
Internalizing: Comparing yourself to others, trying to determine who's smarter, better looking, etc. Concluding that you must accommodate to what is happening among others.
Victimization: You consider yourself helpless, a victim of fate. Feeling that you have no control over your destiny and that the strings are pulled by others around you.
Blaming: Feeling that other people are responsible for the unfortunate outcomes in
your life. Failing to take appropriate responsibility for your actions or misdeeds, no matter how slight.
Shoulds: You have a list of ironclad rules about how you and other people
SHOULD act. People who break the rules anger you and you feel guilty if you violate the rules.
Right & Wrong: You feel that your opinion is always right, and you expect that other people should change to suit you. You continually try to prove that your opinions and actions are correct and
you can't understand why others could think otherwise.

TT - Therapeutic Touch
Co-developed by nursing professor Dolores Krieger and healer Dora
Kunz, this
therapy is practiced by Registered Nurses and others to relieve pain and stress.
The practitioner assesses where the person's energy field is weak or congested
and then uses his or her hands to direct energy into the field to balance it.
TV - Tinea Versicolor
Walt's Tinea Versicolor
Q&A Archive
A mild and very superficial fungus infection
related to Ringworm that prevents tanning in the areas involved.
How people get TV: Walt has found that the person's general level of immunity is
the most important factor. The second most important factor is not removing enough of the superficial dead skin with buffing (terrycloth washcloth and toweling) during and after bathing.
Walt's 100% cure for TV: Smear Selsum Blue all
over the areas and leave it on over night (messy) and rinse it off in the
morning (but not thoroughly). Do this every day for a month, and you will see
benefits in a week. HOWEVER, if you stop doing it in less than the 4 weeks it takes
for the skin to replace itself, the chances of a relapse are significant. If you
react strongly to the Selsum Blue, then you should discontinue it immediately
and seek out a prescription medicine.
Walt is not saying that Selsun is the ONLY treatment. It is just the least expensive, sure treatment for Tinea
Versicolor that
he knows of. There are a number of expensive prescription topical and oral medications that have significant side effects and do not work any better than Selsun. ALL of them take at least 4 weeks to show a resolution of the skin
lesions, because that's how long it takes to grow new skin, from the inside out.
TX - Treatment
Treatment is the use of an outside agent,
or power, usually in the form of medication, surgery, radiation, or physical
therapy, to manipulate the physical body with the goal of reducing or
eliminating the signs and symptoms of disease. See Healing.
