I don't know if I should get vaccinated. I'm healthy, I also take vitamins and a very effective probiotic supplement called Bio-K. I'm getting a bit concerned now because of the death of a 13 year old healthy boy in Toronto. Apparently he went home, took a bath and starting vomiting, then colapsed and died from the H1N1. I thought I was protecting myself by having a strong immune system but a doctor on a Canadian tv station said that a strong immune system can be your downfall since the H1N1 is a new virus, if you develop complications (although rare), the stronger your immune system, the more it will attack the virus and cause lung problems.
So what's the solution?
