I have tried SR now for two months without success. I am doing PWFD and exercise and that has been easy for me. I do SR twice a day according to Walt's guidelines, but i seem to make no progress and i'm getting so frustrated. I can't really spend money on biofeedback until i feel that i'm getting the right level of relaxation. I have tried different methods, meditation, visualisation and by using BrainSync CD. My body relaxes, but my breathing is not really slowing down. My health is not great and I feel SR is the last piece of the puzzle to good health for myself. Any suggestions will be helpful.
