Since I have a NICKEL ALLERGY and should AVOID STAINLESS STEEL, I have been cookware shopping.

I am considering purchasing a French tin-lined copper saucepan set. Very expensive but gorgeous!! But first I need to know if food exposed to tin is DANGEROUS.

Anyone?
