In your reply to Janna you said aerobic is best...question one and question two is:heart rate and is keeping your heart rate up for a certain length of time to burn fat necesaary and true?
My DO doctor recommended me to join the gym and I have been using the very best equipment and doing stretches..a very encouraging environment connected to the hospital and there are so many people reaching forward to be their best with all kinds of issues...fabulous, brand new, very upbeat..so I added pilates to it ...feel so good and am reaching some tight spots...
At first the DO talked a lot but now he listened to me and asks "how did you do all of this"...plus everything inside my body passed all of his tests...what fun..low BP, no cholesterol, bones good on and on..
So I feel like I came out of a dark tunnel and the sun is shining now..
I got a coffee mug yesterday and it says COFFEE, hair, make-up ....GO..........so funny
