Does anybody have any information or experience on getting mercury and other metals out of the body?

I have been suffering from OCD/Depression and Anxiety since the age of 14. That is the same year that I recieved 7 amalgam fillings. Perhaps it is a contributer. I have found a holistic dentist that is very experienced in removing these fillings. But after this procedure is done I would like to work on getting these metals out of my body.

any advice?
