Hey all,
I've been doing skilled relaxation for about a month now, and have noticed that even during the day when not doing it, I get the rush of relaxation through my body and the full body tension in my shoulders and legs is much more noticeable, and I'm able to let it release.
Given the fact that I'm feeling this release of tension and bracing during the day, what is this telling me about what's going on in my hypothalamus and brain? Is reaching the place I'm in indicative of significant progress?
