Thankyou.

1 week ago had sudden onset costrochondritis (30 days after falling from ladder/those injuries improving each day since). For a week now stabbing sternum pains with certain things / blinding pain.

Should I refrain from my lifelong , daily 'hang from the beam ' for 10 seconds , until Costochronditis passes ?

AND is my costrochroniditis possibly "referred/delayed pain/inflammation " from the injuries a month ago ? Maneuvering for a month with a level 2 sprained foot in a shoe cast puts a strain on the whole bod .
