I have been on Adkins'diet for a month,Istarted having body cramps about 2 and a half weeks ago. Went to hospital,they said I was dehydrated,did nothing for that,just sent me home.I am having cramps again today,I am frightened, I live alone. I am on Klor-con 10meq,Levothyroxine 100mcg,hydrochlorothiazide25mg,lisinopril20MG,Pravastatin sodium40MG,as well as mul.vitamins,ICAPS vit.for healthy eyes and fish oil and alternate with flax oil. Can anyone help me to know what could be going on and what to do? please
