Just for all of you out there really worrying... Thought I would post some positive news about this thing. My sister in law tested positive for H1N1 ie;swine flu and was over the day she started getting sick-she had a horrible headache and was over our house with her hubby and 4 kids. The next day she was really sick. This was 3 weeks ago, or a bit more...she was sick for 2 weeks with it,but not ONE of us in our healthy home got sick. And I have 3 children who were playing with her kids. My kids wash their hands a LOT , eat healthy , exercise by playing OUTSIDE and take vitamins and supplements, as do my husband and I.Of course, I practice wellness and do my SR also. I hope this puts some of your minds at ease about what a healthy body can and will fight off :0)
