I am certain this has been discussed, but I cannot find it on the site. While doing SR, my eyelids "twitch" pretty regularly. What is this a sign of? Is this coming out of alpha/going in to alpha? Or, am I just "nervous" during SR? I feel very relaxed, just some twitching. Thanks,
