After two weeks on wellness....vitamins, minerals, brand new diet my friend 82 called last night and she said "I just can't believe how wonderful I feel"
and all I need is right here in my house..I just made a protein shake and it is delicious"

Then across the street is a young girl who is going ahead and getting married to her honey and she is out shopping, dressed up and looks like a new lady..I shout from my front porch and say "way to go Maria, you will live a long healthy life"
She shouts back "O I know, I feel great"...a month on wellness...NO more sugar for both of these women...
