So - I spent a lot of Friday reading the archives here and I read a lot of posts on rebounding. Well it seemed so great that I went out and got one this weekend. It is actually fun. Its amazing that I can find any excercise fun. My question is that somewhere (and I can't remember if it was your archives or one of the other sites I read about rebounding) that you can use it as a form of SR if you can allow the rhythmic bouncing to "trance" you out? And I read about some of the benefits of the lymph detoxing. I am wondering (assuming) that this is better than the treadmill but I am wondering how or why it is better for the lymph system than the treadmill or other excercise ?
