Hi,

Just thought I would post that I still love that book High Blood Pressure Solution and it seems to be the most helpful book I'm using other than Walt's books.

Update is: Today I clicked on his name in google hoping that maybe he had his own website and found something on youtube under his name telling something about drug companies perhaps **allegedly paying off a publisher to put out a book on how drugs help with blood pressure ..right after his book came out. Interesting!

Makes sense to me though I don't know, but I had wondered why his book didn't get more acclaim. Every time my blood pressure seems to be going up, I just go back to the menus in his book that balance out the sodium and potassium.........during a day...(not each meal)........and get back in line where I'm feeling good.

ANN, I never learned to send a website but all you have to do is go to google and type his name--he's the Dr. who went to Indiana University.
