I'm officially at my cliff and scared I'm going to stop breathing in the
middle of the night! I've had an inspiratory wheeze for 3 months
now. I have lots of known allergies and avoid them like the plague.
I'm wondering if I'm becoming a MCS person! Asthma doc said I don't
have asthma it's GERD. No inhalers bring relief. I wheeze some
during the day and a lot at night. I've been sleeping upright for 3
months and get hardly any bc I wake up gasping for air. I got
adjusted by a chiropractor 3 weeks ago and it aggravated my
costochondritis to no end. Couldn't move my arm after he was
finished. Now I have constant costo (chest, left side and back) and
can barely breath bc my ribs and chest are in so much pain. Plus, I
still have the original wheeze. I feel like I'm barely breathing. I'm
doing as much of the 3 LS (food & meditation) that I can right now,
but I need some serious relief! I walk some after work, but breathing
is difficult at the moment. I read about the rolfing in the archives, but
frankly I'm terrified. If a chiropractic adjustment left me practically
immobile, what will rolfing do?? A LMT friend said that that kind of
work is too much on my body. Any suggestions to help back me up
from my cliff so I can focus on some serious wellness??? I just really
want to be able to breathe again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
