which is often part of swallowing difficulties?
The Upper GI may not detect a Sliding Hiatal Hernia..
Did you ever have a car accident with whiplash?
That is a possible cause of a Hiatal Hernia.
Straining with heavy lifing, too many ab-crunches,
even natural child-birthing can also tear the ligament
that attaches the esophagus to the diaphragm which is
what happens when a Hiatal Hernia occurs.
