You are only thinking that there is one possible outcome. I would like you to consider that there are other possible outcomes to this test that might be just fine.

Nothing could be wrong
It could just be stress
it could be bracing (do SR as a remedy)
It could be a virus
It could be something else, maybe a reaction to a food you've eaten
Even if it is BE, you might have a curable case
Even if it is BE, you might have a mild case

You see? This doesn't have to be doom and gloom.

Be open to the possibility that you could be just fine. Isn't that what you want to have happen? Keep focusing on what you want to have happen (good news).
