I recently started adding aromatherapy to my massage practice. I think they can be very useful in different applications, although probably not something to use alone for serious health improvements.
I'm interested in learning how any of you use essential oils in the home, and how they have helped you.
I've used tea tree oil when trying to fight off a cold. I put it on the bottom of my feet and on my chest and neck before I went to bed, along with taking extra vitamin C, fish oil, boswelia, and white willow bark, and drinking ginger tea. It worked.
How else might one use oils at home? I'm interested in the less expensive ones.
