I am getting disgusted with this problem.My pelvis twist to the left all the time and my left leg feels hiked up.also can't sit in a yoga postion like I am really tight thru the hips.my knees hurt when I walk up stairs.I see a chiro. Her muscle testing keeps saying it is tight phoas muscle. I do stretches for that. Also feel like I am sitting on bone in sacrum area, I keep asking about the s1 joint. is muscle testing accurate? What can I do?
