Very interesting article Sapphire, thanks for posting it. I don't
eat the food on airlines any more I take my own, and try not to
have to use the toilets, but I'd never thought to clean the tray
or armrests. I've caught flu type things when flying before and
now make sure I boost my system beforehand.

Another problem for some people when flying is that there's
no standard air pressure level. In people with breathing
difficulties that can be very bad.
