Hello,
I am convinced my sister is missing some nutrients as her skin has gotten more and more pasty white as she has aged. She is 64, and checks out "healthy", is rarely sick with a cold or flu, but I am concerned that it is a sign that she is not eating right.

She avoids sun as there is a lot of skin cancer in our family, so her skin tone could be from that, but I still think she would look better if she changed her diet, I just do not know what to advise her to eat. She will listen to me if anyone can help.

Thanks,
Claraille
