Thank you both very much. No she does not exercise much, but also she is not overweight. As to whole foods, she cannot eat nuts or skins as she is on a low residue diet due to 10+ total bowel obstructions from abodominal surgical adhesions. But she can eat the fish and lettuce, so maybe she can begin there. Maybe she can eat organic peanut butter to get the nut value, or grind up some nuts, and do juicing. She doesn't seem to need a lot of variety, so I shall see what I can get her to change to.

Getting her off her morning coffee and splenda will be a big challenge!
